Ingredients

- ๐ซ Turmeric powder โ 1/2 tsp
- ๐ซ Red chili powder โ 1 tsp
- ๐ฟ Garam masala โ 1/2 tsp
- ๐ฟ Cilantro โ for garnish
- ๐ข๏ธ Cooking oil
Instructions
- ๐ฅฃ Marinate shrimp with yogurt, saffron, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste for 15 mins.
- ๐ฅ Heat oil in a pan and sautรฉ onions until golden brown.
- ๐ถ๏ธ Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala; sautรฉ briefly.
- ๐ฆ Add marinated shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- ๐ฟ Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
