Ingredients
- 🦐 Shrimp – peeled and deveined

- 🫙 Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🛢️ Cooking oil
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate shrimp with yogurt, saffron, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste for 15 mins.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🌶️ Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala; sauté briefly.
- 🦐 Add marinated shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
