Ingredients

- 🍚 Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- 🥬 Shredded cabbage – 1 cup
- 🍶 Tonkatsu sauce – to taste
- 💛 Japanese mayonnaise – to taste
- 🌾 Flour – for dredging
- 🛢️ Cooking oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare pork cutlets: flatten, dredge in flour, dip in egg, and coat with panko.
- 🔥 Fry cutlets in oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🥪 Spread mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce on bread slices.
