Ingredients

  • 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – grated
  • 🍶 White Wine – dry
  • 🧈 Butter – unsalted
  • 🌿 Fresh Herbs (e.g., parsley) – chopped

Instructions

  • 🍄 Sauté gucchi mushrooms in butter until golden brown. Set aside.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic in butter until softened. Add rice and toast lightly.
  • 🍷 Deglaze with white wine, stirring until absorbed.
  • 🥣 Gradually add warm broth, one ladle at a time, stirring until absorbed before adding more.
  • 🧀 Stir in Parmesan cheese and reserved mushrooms. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot. ✨
