Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken Thighs – bite-sized pieces
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – Japanese short-grain
- 🥬 Nori Seaweed Sheets – large, square
- 🥔 Potato Starch – for coating
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – for marinade
- 🫚 Ginger – grated, for marinade
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken in soy sauce and ginger.
- 🍗 Coat chicken in potato starch and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
- 🍚 Lay nori sheet, add rice, karaage chicken, then more rice.
- 🍱 Fold nori sheet over filling to form a square.
- 🔪 Cut in half and serve immediately.
