Ingredients
- 🍚 Dosa Batter – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – chopped
- 🫘 Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
- 🫚 Ginger – grated
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat a kal (griddle) and grease it with oil.
- 🥣 Pour a ladleful of dosa batter and spread it evenly.
- 🧅 Sprinkle onions, coriander, green chillies, and ginger on top.
- 🥄 Add a teaspoon of oil around the dosa.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crisp; flip and cook the other side.
- 😋 Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
