Ingredients

  • 🍚 Dosa Batter – 2 cups
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green Chillies – chopped
  • 🫘 Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
  • 🫚 Ginger – grated

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat a kal (griddle) and grease it with oil.
  • 🥣 Pour a ladleful of dosa batter and spread it evenly.
  • 🧅 Sprinkle onions, coriander, green chillies, and ginger on top.
  • 🥄 Add a teaspoon of oil around the dosa.
  • 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crisp; flip and cook the other side.
  • 😋 Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
