Ingredients

  • 🍄 Assorted mushrooms – sliced
  • 🥬 Napa cabbage – chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – sliced
  • 🌿 Green onions – chopped
  • 🍶 Dashi broth – 4 cups
  • 🍚 Tofu – cubed
  • 🥩 Thinly sliced beef or pork – 1 lb

Instructions

  • 🍲 Prepare dashi broth in a large pot or nabe (hot pot).
  • 🥕 Add carrots and cabbage to the broth and bring to a simmer.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms, tofu, and meat. Cook until meat is done.
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions before serving.
  • 🥢 Serve hot and enjoy with dipping sauces like soy sauce or ponzu.
