Ingredients
- 🍄 Assorted mushrooms – sliced
- 🥬 Napa cabbage – chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – sliced
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped
- 🍶 Dashi broth – 4 cups
- 🍚 Tofu – cubed
- 🥩 Thinly sliced beef or pork – 1 lb
Instructions
- 🍲 Prepare dashi broth in a large pot or nabe (hot pot).
- 🥕 Add carrots and cabbage to the broth and bring to a simmer.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms, tofu, and meat. Cook until meat is done.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions before serving.
