  • 🧂 Spices – as per taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the dough with flour, salt, and water.
  • 🔥 Prepare the filling by grinding soaked dal with spices.
  • 🥟 Stuff the dough with filling and shape into kachauris.
  • ♨️ Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
