Ingredients

- 🫘 Moong dal – 1/2 cup (soaked)
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2 finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🫙 Oil – for frying
- 🧂 Spices – as per taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the dough with flour, salt, and water.
- 🔥 Prepare the filling by grinding soaked dal with spices.
- 🥟 Stuff the dough with filling and shape into kachauris.
- ♨️ Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
