Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – marinated in jerk seasoning
- 🍚 Rice – long grain or jasmine
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Scotch Bonnet Pepper – finely chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Thyme – fresh sprigs
Instructions
- 🔥 Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- 🍚 Cook rice according to package directions.
- 🍗 Grill or bake chicken until cooked through.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic in a pan, then add rice.
- 🥘 Serve jerk chicken over rice, garnished with thyme.
