Ingredients

Instructions
- 🥛 Steep jasmine flowers in warm milk for 30 minutes.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- 🔥 Gently heat jasmine-infused milk and slowly pour into egg mixture, whisking constantly.
- 🥄 Return mixture to heat and cook until it thickens slightly.
- 🍦 Stir in heavy cream, chill completely, then churn in an ice cream maker.
