Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🍣 Sushi nori – 2 sheets
- 🐟 Salmon – 100g, sliced
- 🥑 Avocado – ½, sliced
- 🥒 Cucumber – ½, julienned
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for serving
- 🌱 Wasabi – to taste
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
- 🍣 Place nori sheet on a bamboo mat, spread rice evenly.
- 🐟 Add salmon, avocado, and cucumber slices on top of the rice.
- 🌀 Roll tightly using the bamboo mat.
- 🔪 Slice into bite-sized pieces. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
