Irish Soda Bread with Blackberry Jam

Ingredients
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – 4 cups
- 🥄 Baking soda – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
- 🥛 Buttermilk – 1 3/4 cups
- 🍇 Blackberry jam – for serving
- 🧈 Butter – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 🥛 Add buttermilk to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- 🍞 Form dough into a round and place on a baking sheet. Cut a cross on top.
- 🔥 Bake for 30–45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🧈 Serve warm with butter and blackberry jam. 🍇
