Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 1 cup, chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍞 Bread – for serving
  • 🧀 Feta cheese – crumbled (optional)
  • ☕ Tea - optional

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pan until softened.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and green chilies; cook until the tomatoes soften.
  • 🍳 Crack eggs directly into the pan, spacing them apart.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper. Cook until eggs are set to your liking.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with bread and optional feta cheese and tea.
