Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 1 cup, chopped
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍞 Bread – for serving
- 🧀 Feta cheese – crumbled (optional)
- ☕ Tea - optional
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pan until softened.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and green chilies; cook until the tomatoes soften.
- 🍳 Crack eggs directly into the pan, spacing them apart.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper. Cook until eggs are set to your liking.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with bread and optional feta cheese and tea.
