Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
  • 🥦 Cauliflower – cut into florets
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🫑 Green bell pepper – chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌱 Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Indian spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Mix in spices and salt.
  • 🥘 Add potatoes, cauliflower, and bell pepper. Mix well and cook covered until vegetables are tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
