Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
- 🥦 Cauliflower – cut into florets
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌱 Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Indian spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Mix in spices and salt.
- 🥘 Add potatoes, cauliflower, and bell pepper. Mix well and cook covered until vegetables are tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
