Ingredients

  • 🌾 Semolina – 1 cup
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 2 medium, boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, finely chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 💧 Water – for dough
  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the dough with semolina, mashed potatoes, onions, chilies, cilantro, and water.
  • ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  • 🤏 Make small dumplings from the dough.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the dumplings until golden brown.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
