Ingredients
- 🌾 Semolina – 1 cup
- 🥔 Potatoes – 2 medium, boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 💧 Water – for dough
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the dough with semolina, mashed potatoes, onions, chilies, cilantro, and water.
- ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- 🤏 Make small dumplings from the dough.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the dumplings until golden brown.
- 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
