  • 🥄 Indian Spices – to taste (turmeric, cumin, coriander)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook until fragrant.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomato puree and spices; simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 🥘 Add paneer or chicken (optional) and cook until heated through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with basmati rice. ✨
