Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice flour – 1 cup
- 🌾 Semolina (Rava) – 1/2 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – fresh, chopped
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🫘 Lentils (dal) - 1/2 cup
- 🥔 Potato - 1 medium
- 🍞 Bread slices - 4
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare batter for dosa/uttapam with rice flour, semolina, water, and salt. Let it rest.
- 🔥 Heat a pan and spread the batter to make dosa or uttapam. Add toppings like onions, chilies, and cilantro.
- 🥔 Boil and mash potatoes for aloo paratha filling. Mix with spices.
- 🍞 Make aloo parathas by stuffing potato mixture in dough and cooking on a hot pan with ghee/oil.
- 🥣 Prepare dal for vada/medu vada. Grind and ferment overnight
- 🔥 Deep fry vada till golden brown.
