Ingredients
- 🌾 Bread flour – 300g
- 🥛 Milk – 200ml
- 🍬 Sugar – 30g
- 🧈 Butter – 20g
- yeast – 7g
- 🧂 Salt – 5g
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- 🥛 Warm milk and butter, then add to the dry ingredients.
- knead until smooth and elastic.
- 🍞 Proof in a greased pan until doubled.
- 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown.
