Ingredients
- 🍚 Idli – 8 pieces
- 🥥 Coconut – grated
- 🥜 Roasted chana dal – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥥 Blend coconut, roasted chana dal, green chilies, and salt with water until smooth.
- 🌿 Prepare tempering with oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
- 🌶️ Add tempering to the chutney and mix well.
- 🍚 Serve chutney with warm idlis.
