Ingredients

  • 🍚 Idli – 8 pieces
  • 🥥 Coconut – grated
  • 🥜 Roasted chana dal – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥥 Blend coconut, roasted chana dal, green chilies, and salt with water until smooth.
  • 🌿 Prepare tempering with oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
  • 🌶️ Add tempering to the chutney and mix well.
  • 🍚 Serve chutney with warm idlis.
