Ingredients
- Chickpeas (canned) – 1 can, drained
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves
- 🌿 Tahini – 2 tablespoons
- 🍗 Shredded chicken – 1 cup
- 🫘 Olive oil – for drizzling
- 🌶️ Paprika – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Blend chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, and tahini until smooth.
- 💧 Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🍽️ Spread hummus on a plate and top with shredded chicken.
- 🫘 Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
