Ingredients

  • Chickpeas (canned) – 1 can, drained
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves
  • 🌿 Tahini – 2 tablespoons
  • 🍗 Shredded chicken – 1 cup
  • 🫘 Olive oil – for drizzling
  • 🌶️ Paprika – for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Blend chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, and tahini until smooth.
  • 💧 Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 🍽️ Spread hummus on a plate and top with shredded chicken.
  • 🫘 Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
