  • 🌶️ Chili Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetables (Bell peppers, etc.) – 1 cup
  • Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add Sichuan peppercorns, onions, and garlic.
  • 🍗 Add protein (chicken/paneer/tofu) and stir-fry until browned.
  • 🌶️ Add vegetables, chili oil, and soy sauce.
  • 🍲 Cook until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or noodles.
