Ingredients
- 🌶️ Sichuan Peppercorns – 1 tbsp
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- Ginger – grated
- 🍗 Chicken/Paneer/Tofu – 1 lb
- 🌶️ Chili Oil – 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Vegetables (Bell peppers, etc.) – 1 cup
- Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add Sichuan peppercorns, onions, and garlic.
- 🍗 Add protein (chicken/paneer/tofu) and stir-fry until browned.
- 🌶️ Add vegetables, chili oil, and soy sauce.
- 🍲 Cook until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or noodles.
