Ingredients
- 🍣 Salmon fillet – 1 lb, skin on/off
- 🧂 Salt – 1/4 cup, kosher
- sugar 🍚 – 1/4 cup, granulated
- 🌿 Dill – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon zest – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix salt, sugar, dill, and lemon zest.
- 🐟 Place salmon in a dish and cover with the salt mixture.
- ⏳ Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- 🚿 Rinse the salmon and pat dry with paper towels.
- 🔪 Slice thinly and serve.
