Ingredients
- 🦪 Hokkaido scallops – 6 large
- 🍶 Sake – 2 tbsp
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, chives) – chopped, for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, for juice
Instructions
- 🦪 Pat scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
- ⏱️ Sear scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 🍶 Deglaze the pan with sake and cook for 30 seconds.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over scallops and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
