Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef Short Ribs – 2 lbs, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onion – 1, grated
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 1/2 cup
- 🍐 Korean Pear – 1/4 cup, pureed
- 🍯 Honey – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Green Onions – for garnish
- 🌱 Sesame Seeds – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix grated onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, pear puree, and honey to create the marinade.
- 🥩 Marinate the beef short ribs in the mixture for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
- 🔥 Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat.
- ♨️ Grill or pan-fry the marinated ribs for about 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- 🌿 Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
