Ingredients
- 🫘 Besan (Chickpea flour) – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chili – 1, finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – handful, chopped
- 🧂 Salt & spices – to taste
- 💧 Water – as needed for batter
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix besan, chopped veggies, spices, and water in a bowl until you get a smooth, pourable batter.
- 🍳 Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a drop of oil or ghee.
- 🥘 Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center and spread it outward in a circular motion to form a thin crepe.
- 🔥 Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip to cook the other side for 1 minute.
- ✨ Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt for a protein-packed meal.
