Ingredients

  • 🫘 Besan (Chickpea flour) – 1 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chili – 1, finely chopped
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – handful, chopped
  • 🧂 Salt & spices – to taste
  • 💧 Water – as needed for batter

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix besan, chopped veggies, spices, and water in a bowl until you get a smooth, pourable batter.
  • 🍳 Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a drop of oil or ghee.
  • 🥘 Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center and spread it outward in a circular motion to form a thin crepe.
  • 🔥 Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip to cook the other side for 1 minute.
  • ✨ Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt for a protein-packed meal.
