Ingredients

  • 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
  • 🌱 Protein powder – 1/2 cup
  • 🌻 Seeds – 2 tbsp (chia, flax, etc.)
  • 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
  • 酵母 Yeast - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 🥚 Whisk eggs and milk, then add to the dry ingredients.
  • ➕ Mix well until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
  • ⏳ Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes.
  • 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
