Ingredients
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🌱 Protein powder – 1/2 cup
- 🌻 Seeds – 2 tbsp (chia, flax, etc.)
- 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
- 酵母 Yeast - 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 🥚 Whisk eggs and milk, then add to the dry ingredients.
- ➕ Mix well until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
- ⏳ Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes.
