Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground pork – 1 lb
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🫙 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🥚 Egg roll wrappers
  • 🍚 Cornstarch slurry – for sealing
  • 🥢 Cooking oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté pork, onion, and garlic until pork is cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • 🥬 Add cabbage, carrots, and soy sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 🥚 Wrap filling tightly in egg roll wrappers, sealing edges with cornstarch slurry.
  • 🥢 Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
