Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup
- 🌾 Flour – 1 cup
- 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
- 🌰 Hazelnut paste – 1/2 cup
- 🍫 Chocolate – for glaze
- 🌰 Chopped hazelnuts – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Combine milk, water, and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- 🌾 Add flour and stir vigorously until a dough forms.
- 🥚 Remove from heat and gradually beat in eggs until smooth.
- 🥄 Pipe the dough into eclair shapes and bake until golden brown.
- 🌰 Fill with hazelnut cream and glaze with chocolate. Garnish with chopped hazelnuts.
