Ingredients

  • 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup
  • 🌾 Flour – 1 cup
  • 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
  • 🌰 Hazelnut paste – 1/2 cup
  • 🍫 Chocolate – for glaze
  • 🌰 Chopped hazelnuts – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Combine milk, water, and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • 🌾 Add flour and stir vigorously until a dough forms.
  • 🥚 Remove from heat and gradually beat in eggs until smooth.
  • 🥄 Pipe the dough into eclair shapes and bake until golden brown.
  • 🌰 Fill with hazelnut cream and glaze with chocolate. Garnish with chopped hazelnuts.
