Ingredients
- 🍜 All-purpose flour – 2 cups
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped
- 🌶️ Chili oil – 1 tbsp
- 🥬 Bok choy – chopped
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour and water to form a dough, knead until smooth, then let rest.
- 🔪 Hand-tear the dough into noodle shapes.
- 끓 Boil the noodles in water until cooked.
- 볶 Sauté garlic and onions in a pan, then add bok choy and soy sauce.
- 🍜 Add noodles to the pan and toss until well coated, then drizzle with chili oil and garnish with green onions.
