Ingredients

  • 🍜 All-purpose flour – 2 cups
  • 💧 Water – 1 cup
  • 🌿 Green onions – chopped
  • 🌶️ Chili oil – 1 tbsp
  • 🥬 Bok choy – chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix flour and water to form a dough, knead until smooth, then let rest.
  • 🔪 Hand-tear the dough into noodle shapes.
  • 끓 Boil the noodles in water until cooked.
  • 볶 Sauté garlic and onions in a pan, then add bok choy and soy sauce.
  • 🍜 Add noodles to the pan and toss until well coated, then drizzle with chili oil and garnish with green onions.
