Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked sushi rice – seasoned
  • 🦪 Nori seaweed sheets – cut into halves
  • 🍣 Sushi-grade fish – sliced (tuna, salmon)
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥕 Carrot – julienned
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for dipping
  • 🌱 Wasabi – optional

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare all ingredients: cooked rice, nori sheets, sliced fish, vegetables.
  • ✋ Hold a nori sheet in your hand.
  • 🍚 Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori sheet.
  • 🍣 Add your choice of fillings: fish, cucumber, avocado, and carrot.
  • 🫔 Roll the nori sheet into a cone shape and enjoy immediately with soy sauce and wasabi (optional).
