Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked sushi rice – seasoned
- 🦪 Nori seaweed sheets – cut into halves
- 🍣 Sushi-grade fish – sliced (tuna, salmon)
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
- 🥕 Carrot – julienned
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for dipping
- 🌱 Wasabi – optional
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare all ingredients: cooked rice, nori sheets, sliced fish, vegetables.
- ✋ Hold a nori sheet in your hand.
- 🍚 Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori sheet.
- 🍣 Add your choice of fillings: fish, cucumber, avocado, and carrot.
- 🫔 Roll the nori sheet into a cone shape and enjoy immediately with soy sauce and wasabi (optional).
