Ingredients
- 🥟 Gyoza wrappers
- 🐷 Ground pork
- 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🫚 Ginger – grated
- 🍶 Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- 🥬 Mix ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to create a sealed dumpling.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, place gyozas in the pan, and cook until golden brown on the bottom.
- 💧 Add water to the pan, cover, and steam until the gyozas are cooked through and the water has evaporated. Serve hot. ✨
