Ingredients

  • 🥟 Gyoza wrappers
  • 🐷 Ground pork
  • 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🫚 Ginger – grated
  • 🍶 Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil

Instructions

  • 🥬 Mix ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to create a sealed dumpling.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, place gyozas in the pan, and cook until golden brown on the bottom.
  • 💧 Add water to the pan, cover, and steam until the gyozas are cooked through and the water has evaporated. Serve hot. ✨
