Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef chuck – 2 lbs, cubed
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
  • 🫑 Bell peppers – 2, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Paprika – 2-3 tbsp (sweet or smoked)
  • 💧 Beef broth – 4 cups
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 2 lbs, cubed

Instructions

  • 🔥 Brown the beef in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  • 🧅 Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomato paste and paprika, cook for 1 minute.
  • 💧 Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, then reduce heat, cover, and cook for 1.5 hours.
  • 🥔 Add potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes, or until the potatoes and beef are tender.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
