Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef chuck – 2 lbs, cubed
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
- 🫑 Bell peppers – 2, chopped
- 🍅 Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Paprika – 2-3 tbsp (sweet or smoked)
- 💧 Beef broth – 4 cups
- 🥔 Potatoes – 2 lbs, cubed
Instructions
- 🔥 Brown the beef in a large pot or Dutch oven.
- 🧅 Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato paste and paprika, cook for 1 minute.
- 💧 Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, then reduce heat, cover, and cook for 1.5 hours.
- 🥔 Add potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes, or until the potatoes and beef are tender.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
