Ingredients
- 🐟 Sardines – fresh, scaled and gutted
- 🍋 Lemon – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) – chopped
- Olive oil

Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the sardines by rinsing and patting them dry.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- 🐟 Marinate the sardines with the mixture for at least 5 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 🔥 Grill sardines for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through and slightly charred.
