Ingredients

  • 🐟 Sardines – fresh, scaled and gutted
  • 🍋 Lemon – sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) – chopped
  • Olive oil
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the sardines by rinsing and patting them dry.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • 🐟 Marinate the sardines with the mixture for at least 5 minutes.
  • 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • 🔥 Grill sardines for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through and slightly charred.
  • 🍋 Serve immediately with lemon slices.
