Ingredients

  • 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Herbs – (rosemary, thyme) chopped
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate prawns with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • 🍢 Thread prawns onto skewers.
  • ♨️ Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
