Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Herbs – (rosemary, thyme) chopped
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate prawns with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 🍢 Thread prawns onto skewers.
- ♨️ Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
