Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 1 cup
- 🐟 Fish Fillets – 1 lb, cut into pieces

- 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, diced

Instructions
- 🍚 Cook rice according to package directions.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and carrots in a pan until softened.
- 🐟 Add fish and cook until flaky and cooked through.
- 🍚 Gently stir in cooked rice and mix well.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
