Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and chilies in oil until fragrant.
- 🥘 Add protein (fish/pork/chicken) and brown it evenly.
- 🍅 Stir in Portuguese spice mix and tomatoes; cook well.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer until the sauce thickens.
