Ingredients
- 🌾 Gluten-free flour (atta)
- 💧 Water
- 🥄 Oil or ghee
- 🧂 Salt
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- 💧 Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- ⏲️ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a flat pan or griddle (tawa).
- ⚪ Roll out small portions of dough into circles and cook on the hot pan until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
