Ingredients

  • 🌾 Gluten-free flour (atta)
  • 💧 Water
  • 🥄 Oil or ghee
  • 🧂 Salt

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  • 💧 Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
  • ⏲️ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat a flat pan or griddle (tawa).
  • ⚪ Roll out small portions of dough into circles and cook on the hot pan until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
