Ingredients
- 🍚 Idli Rice – for fluffy idlis
- 🫘 Urad Dal – for fermentation
- 🥄 Ghee – for roasting idli
- 🌶️ Pudi – spicy lentil powder
- 💧 Water – as needed
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare idli batter and let it ferment overnight.
- ♨️ Steam idlis in thatte idli molds until cooked.
- 🥄 Gently remove idlis and spread ghee on top.
- 🌶️ Sprinkle pudi generously over the ghee-covered idlis.
- 🍽️ Serve hot and enjoy!
