Ingredients

  • 🍚 Idli Rice – for fluffy idlis
  • 🫘 Urad Dal – for fermentation
  • 🥄 Ghee – for roasting idli
  • 🌶️ Pudi – spicy lentil powder
  • 💧 Water – as needed

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare idli batter and let it ferment overnight.
  • ♨️ Steam idlis in thatte idli molds until cooked.
  • 🥄 Gently remove idlis and spread ghee on top.
  • 🌶️ Sprinkle pudi generously over the ghee-covered idlis.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot and enjoy!
