Ingredients

  • 🍚 Idli – 4 pieces
  • 🥄 Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Podi (Idli Milagai Podi) – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – a few

Instructions

  • 🔪 Cut idlis into bite-sized pieces.
  • 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan.
  • 🍃 Add curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.
  • 🌶️ Add the podi and mix well.
  • 🍚 Add the idli pieces and toss gently until well coated. Serve hot! ✨
