Ingredients
- 🍚 Idli – 4 pieces
- 🥄 Ghee – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Podi (Idli Milagai Podi) – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut idlis into bite-sized pieces.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan.
- 🍃 Add curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.
- 🌶️ Add the podi and mix well.
- 🍚 Add the idli pieces and toss gently until well coated. Serve hot! ✨
