Ingredients

- 🧂 Salt
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour, water, and salt to form a smooth dough.
- ♨️ Heat ghee in a deep frying pan.
- ⚪ Roll out small portions of the dough into circular shapes.
- 🔥 Carefully slide the poori into the hot ghee.
- ⬆️ Gently press down on the poori to help it puff up, then fry until golden brown. Serve hot!
