Ingredients

  • 🥄 Ghee (clarified butter)
  • 🧂 Salt

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix flour, water, and salt to form a smooth dough.
  • ♨️ Heat ghee in a deep frying pan.
  • ⚪ Roll out small portions of the dough into circular shapes.
  • 🔥 Carefully slide the poori into the hot ghee.
  • ⬆️ Gently press down on the poori to help it puff up, then fry until golden brown. Serve hot!
