- 🍯 Continue cooking until the solids at the bottom turn a light golden brown and the liquid is clear.
- 🪵 Carefully strain the golden liquid through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a glass jar.
- ✨ Let it cool completely at room temperature until it solidifies into a rich, nutty ghee.
