Ingredients
- 🥩 Sausage – 1 lb, sliced
- 🥔 Potatoes – 2 lbs, peeled and cubed
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🥓 Bacon – 4 slices, diced
- 🍺 Beer or Broth – 1 cup
- 🌿 Sauerkraut – 1 can, drained
Instructions
- 🥓 Fry bacon in a large pot until crispy; remove and set aside.
- 🧅 Add onion to the pot and cook until softened.
- 🥔 Add potatoes, sausage, sauerkraut, and beer/broth.
- 🍲 Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- 🥓 Stir in the cooked bacon before serving.
