Ingredients
- 🦀 Crab – 1 lb, cleaned and cut
- 🧄 Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tsp (optional)
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 medium, chopped
- 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
- ⭐ Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
- 🍚 Cornstarch – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🦀 Prepare crab by coating with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and fry the crab until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
- 🧄 In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and onions until fragrant.
- 🌶️ Add chili flakes (if using) and soy sauce. Stir well.
- 🦀 Return the fried crab to the pan and toss to coat with the garlic sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
