Ingredients

  • 🥩 Minced meat – 500g
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌰 Cashew nuts – ground
  • 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Spices (Garam masala, etc.)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix minced meat with ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and ground cashew nuts.
  • 🧂 Add spices and salt to taste; mix well and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • 🔥 Heat ghee on a pan and shallow fry small patties until golden brown on both sides.
  • ✨ Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan.
