Ingredients
- 🥩 Minced meat – 500g
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Green chilies – chopped
- 🌰 Cashew nuts – ground
- 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Spices (Garam masala, etc.)
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix minced meat with ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and ground cashew nuts.
- 🧂 Add spices and salt to taste; mix well and marinate for at least 2 hours.
- 🔥 Heat ghee on a pan and shallow fry small patties until golden brown on both sides.
- ✨ Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan.
