Ingredients

  • 🥩 Minced meat (lamb/beef) – 500g
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌰 Cashew nuts – ground
  • 🍞 Gram flour (besan) – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🥄 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – 2 tsp each
  • 🍶 Rose water – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Ghee – for shallow frying

Instructions

  • 🥩 Marinate the minced meat with ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices for at least 2 hours.
  • 🌰 Add ground cashew nuts, gram flour, rose water, and lemon juice to the marinated meat.
  • 🔥 Mix well to form a smooth mixture.
  • 🥄 Shape the mixture into small patties.
  • 🍳 Shallow fry the patties in ghee over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  • 🌿 Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
