Ingredients
- 🐖 Ground pork – 1 lb
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – 1 diced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🥟 Bun dough – pre-made or homemade
- 🌶️ Black pepper – 1 tbsp
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Cornstarch – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pan until fragrant.
- 🐖 Add ground pork and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- 🫑 Mix in bell pepper, black pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- 🥟 Fill the bun dough with the pork mixture and seal the edges.
- ♨️ Bake or pan-fry the buns until golden brown and cooked through.
