Ingredients

  • 🐖 Ground pork – 1 lb
  • 🫑 Green bell pepper – 1 diced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🥟 Bun dough – pre-made or homemade
  • 🌶️ Black pepper – 1 tbsp
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍚 Cornstarch – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pan until fragrant.
  • 🐖 Add ground pork and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • 🫑 Mix in bell pepper, black pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  • 🥟 Fill the bun dough with the pork mixture and seal the edges.
  • ♨️ Bake or pan-fry the buns until golden brown and cooked through.
