Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice paper wrappers
- 🍜 Cooked rice noodles
- 🥬 Lettuce leaves
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil)
- 🍤 Cooked shrimp or tofu
- 🥕 Julienned carrots
- 🥒 Sliced cucumber
- 🥜 Peanut sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- 💧 Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until softened.
- Lay the softened wrapper flat on a clean surface.
- 🥬 Arrange lettuce, noodles, herbs, shrimp/tofu, carrots, and cucumber in the center.
- 🌯 Fold in the sides and tightly roll up the spring roll.
- 🥜 Serve immediately with peanut sauce for dipping.
