Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice paper wrappers
  • 🍜 Cooked rice noodles
  • 🥬 Lettuce leaves
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil)
  • 🍤 Cooked shrimp or tofu
  • 🥕 Julienned carrots
  • 🥒 Sliced cucumber
  • 🥜 Peanut sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • 💧 Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until softened.
  • Lay the softened wrapper flat on a clean surface.
  • 🥬 Arrange lettuce, noodles, herbs, shrimp/tofu, carrots, and cucumber in the center.
  • 🌯 Fold in the sides and tightly roll up the spring roll.
  • 🥜 Serve immediately with peanut sauce for dipping.
