Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- Onions
- Garlic

- Coconut milk
- Mustard oil
- Turmeric powder
- Red chili powder
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala
- Bay leaves
- French baguette
- Butter
- Salt
- Sugar
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with turmeric, salt, and a little mustard oil. Let it rest for 15 minutes. ⏰
- Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add bay leaves and sauté for a few seconds. 🔥
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 🧅
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute. 🧄
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil separates. 🍅
- Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 🍗
- Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 🥥
- Stir in garam masala and sugar. Simmer for another 5 minutes. 🍬
- Slice the French baguette and spread butter on it. 🥖🧈
- Serve the chicken curry hot with buttered French bread. Enjoy! 🎉
