Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice Flour – 1 cup
  • 🌾 All-Purpose Flour – 1 cup
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🥕 Carrot – sliced
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🌿 Spring Onions – for garnish
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chili – as per taste
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🍜 Combine rice flour and all-purpose flour, add water gradually to form a dough.
  • 🔪 Roll out the dough thinly and cut into noodle shapes.
  • 🔥 Boil the noodles in water until cooked, then drain and set aside.
  • 🧅 Sauté chopped onions and garlic in a pan with oil.
  • 🥕 Add carrots, cabbage, and chili. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  • 🍜 Add the boiled noodles to the pan and mix well.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • 🌿 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
