Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice Flour – 1 cup
- 🌾 All-Purpose Flour – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🥕 Carrot – sliced
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🌿 Spring Onions – for garnish
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili – as per taste
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🍜 Combine rice flour and all-purpose flour, add water gradually to form a dough.
- 🔪 Roll out the dough thinly and cut into noodle shapes.
- 🔥 Boil the noodles in water until cooked, then drain and set aside.
- 🧅 Sauté chopped onions and garlic in a pan with oil.
- 🥕 Add carrots, cabbage, and chili. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- 🍜 Add the boiled noodles to the pan and mix well.
- 🧂 Season with salt and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
