- 🍚 Rice – cooked
- 🫘 Dal – a small bowl
- 🥬 Vegetable curry – seasonal vegetables
- 🌶️ Fish curry – in a spicy gravy
- 🍞 Roti or Naan – one piece
- 🥗 Salad – small portion
- 🍋 Lemon wedge
Instructions
- 🍚 Cook rice and keep aside.
- 🥘 Prepare fish curry and dal separately.
- 🥬 Cook vegetable curry.
- 🐟 Fry or grill other types of fish.
- ✨ Assemble all dishes on a plate (thali) and serve hot with roti, salad and lemon.
