Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sticky rice – 2 cups, cooked
  • 🥢 Youtiao (Chinese fried dough) – 1 stick
  • 🥬 Pickled vegetables – to taste
  • 🐖 Pork floss – to taste
  • 🍥 Sugar – to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • 🍚 Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface and spread half of the cooked sticky rice on it.
  • 🥢 Place youtiao, pickled vegetables, and pork floss in the center of the rice.
  • 🍥 Optionally sprinkle sugar on top of the filling.
  • 🤲 Carefully roll the rice around the filling to form a tight cylinder.
  • 🔪 Cut in half and serve immediately.
